By booking a desk, pod, room or event with our creative coworking studio, you agree to the terms set out on this page. Membership grants access to shared and reserved workspaces during the hours associated with your chosen plan, and it is offered on the understanding that the studio remains a professional, respectful environment for illustrators, game designers and other visual makers. Members are responsible for their own equipment, files and artwork, and are asked to use desks, pods, critique rooms and presentation suites for their intended creative purposes. You agree to treat shared surfaces, displays, tools and communal areas with care, to report damage or faults promptly, and to keep noise, guests and materials within reasonable limits so that others can concentrate on their work. Bookings, payments and cancellations follow the schedule communicated at sign-up; fees are due in advance, plans may be adjusted or ended with appropriate notice, and access can be suspended where conduct, safety or payment obligations are not met. Any artwork, prototypes, source files and intellectual property you create remain entirely your own, and the studio claims no rights over member work beyond what you may choose to share for community events or promotion with your explicit consent. We take reasonable measures to keep the premises secure and well maintained, but we cannot accept liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property, or for interruptions to power, connectivity or services that fall outside our control. Personal data collected through enquiries, bookings or the contact form is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and used only to manage your membership and respond to your requests. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, facilities or legal obligations, and continued use of the studio after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and these terms are governed by the applicable laws of Italy.
